Job Description

Position : Lead / Sr. Engineer : Java

Location : Pune : Kharadi (Hybrid, 3 Days WFO)

Experience : 8+ years

Mandatory Skills :

- Core Java : 7+ years of hands-on experience

- Spring Framework / Spring Boot : Strong experience in building robust applications

- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) : Minimum 2 years of experience

- Apache Beam / Dataflow : Building ETL/data pipelines

- Big Data Processing : Working on distributed systems

- Databases : Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, and Cloud-native databases

- Data Formats : Working with Flat file, JSON, Avro, XML, including schema and contract definitions


- Microservices Architecture : Experience in designing and integrating APIs

- Data Structures & Models : Strong understanding of designing efficient data models

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and manage Microservices architecture, ensuring smooth API integration and efficient data processing.

- Develop and maintain ETL/data pipelines using Apache Beam / Google Dataflow for large-scale data processing.

- Work with RDBMS, NoSQL, and cloud-native databases, ensuring optimized data storage and retrieval.

- Handle multiple data formats (Flat file, JSON, Avro, XML) with proper schema and contract definitions.

- Implement best practices in data structures and design data models for high-performance applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business-critical features.

- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, code reviews, and production support.

- Ensure system compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards in a cloud environment (GCP).

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
