Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Lead, you will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance web applications within our Hyderabad development center. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and cloud architects, to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. Your primary focus will be on driving the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring that our platforms remain scalable, secure, and highly available for our end-users while mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of technical rigor.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java 20+ and Spring Boot to ensure high-performance data processing for enterprise clients.

- Design responsive and user-centric frontend interfaces using Angular 20+ and TypeScript to enhance the overall user experience.

- Integrate Python-based automation scripts and microservices to streamline backend workflows and improve system efficiency.

- Deploy and manage application infrastructure on AWS, utilizing CloudWatch and X-Ray to monitor system health and resolve performance bottlenecks proactively.

- Lead code reviews and technical design discussions to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity across the team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project milestones and deliver robust technical solutions that align with long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building full-stack applications using Java 20+, Spring Boot, and Angular 20+ with a strong command of TypeScript.

- Proven ability to design and maintain cloud-native architectures on AWS, with hands-on experience in monitoring and debugging using CloudWatch and X-Ray.

- Proficiency in integrating Python for data processing or automation tasks within a Java-heavy ecosystem.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and fostering a collaborative environment in a hybrid work setup.

- A minimum of 6 - 8 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, preferably within a fast-paced product or service-based organization.
