Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with expertise in Java, ReactJS, and Generative AI to join our team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-throughput microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure seamless integration with modern frontend interfaces built on React.js.

- Design and deploy sophisticated RAG pipelines and LLM-based workflows to automate complex decision-making processes for our enterprise clients.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to maintain high availability and scalability across cloud-native environments.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement robust CI/CD pipelines on AWS, ensuring rapid and secure deployment cycles for AI-integrated features.

- Mentor junior engineering talent by fostering a culture of code quality, architectural rigor, and continuous learning within the development team.

- Optimize system performance and latency by fine-tuning AI model interactions and backend service communication to deliver a superior end-user experience.
