Java Fullstack, AI- Banking- Senior Software Engineer

As a Java Fullstack, AI-Banking Senior Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge AI-powered solutions for our banking platform.

Your day-to-day will involve designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable applications, collaborating closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver innovative features.

This role directly impacts our customers by enhancing their banking experience through intelligent automation, personalized services, and improved security.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and secure Java-based applications for our core banking platform, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and architectural standards.

- Implement AI/ML models and algorithms into banking applications, working closely with data scientists to optimize performance and accuracy.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate seamless integration between various banking systems and third-party services.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, providing an intuitive and engaging user experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the software.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Java and related technologies, including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

- Proven ability to design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using industry-standard protocols and patterns.

- Strong understanding of front-end development using JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Experience with AI/ML concepts and frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar, and their application in real-world scenarios.

- Solid knowledge of database technologies, such as relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
