Role Type : Individual Contributor (IC) with Client-Facing Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and develop high-performance microservices using Java to ensure system reliability and seamless integration with AI-driven components.

- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows and Generative AI models to automate complex tasks, enhancing the overall productivity of our internal and external users.

- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js to provide a seamless front-end experience for sophisticated AI-powered tools.

- Engineer efficient data retrieval pipelines by integrating VectorDBs, enabling the system to perform context-aware searches and knowledge synthesis.

- Develop and optimize RESTful Webservices to facilitate secure, high-speed communication between distributed system components.

- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure high availability and scalability across cloud environments.

- Refine and iterate on Prompt Engineering techniques to improve the accuracy, relevance, and safety of AI-generated outputs.

Skill Details :

- 3+ Proficient in multiple programming languages and development frameworks, including, React, Java, JavaScript, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Thymeleaf, CSS, REST, JSON, HTML, XML, SQL, Shell Scripting

- 3+ Proficient with Kubernetes, Konvoy, Docker, Microservices, Github

- 2+ Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and/or Agile are preferred

- 3+ Understanding of object-oriented analysis, design, and programming

- 3+ Experience writing SQL/Functions/Procedures in transactional database systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL

- 2+ Exposure to Cloud (Azure)

- 2+ Exposure to AI tools like copilot, cursor etc, GenAI and Agentic frameworks is a must
