Java Full Stack Developer - Spring/Hibernate

Description :

Must have :

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer

- Strong understanding of Spring and Hibernate

- Proficiency in SQL, preferably Oracle (PL/SQL, query optimization, indexing)

- Proficiency in Linux

- Knowledge of GIT version control

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Good to have :

- Familiarity with REST API development and integration

Key role and responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain Java-based full stack applications

- Write clean, efficient, and optimized code using Spring, Hibernate, and Java best practices

- Design and implement database queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning in Oracle

- Participate in the development of REST APIs and integrate them with front-end components

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues across the application stack

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product teams, to deliver high-quality software solutions

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to coding standards

- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, proposing optimizations, and enhancing existing functionality
