We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Fullstack Developer with expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, JavaScript/Angular, and database management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing scalable web applications and microservices while maintaining strong collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and robust applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.

- Microservices Architecture : Develop and manage microservices-based solutions for seamless scalability and performance.

- Frontend Development : Build and maintain dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Javascript/Angular.

- Database Management : Design, implement, and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for efficient data handling.

- Code Quality & Review : Write clean, reusable, and efficient code while performing peer code reviews to maintain quality standards.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Testing & Debugging : Ensure robust application performance through thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

- Continuous Improvement : Participate in Agile processes, contributing to sprints, retrospectives, and continuous learning initiatives.

Required Skills :

- Core Skills : Proficiency in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.

- Frontend Skills : Expertise in JAVAScript/Angular (latest versions preferred) and frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript).

- Backend Skills : Strong experience in building REST APIs and working with microservices architectures.

- Database Skills : Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with database optimization and query performance.

- Version Control : Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

- Deployment Tools : Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Agile Methodology : Familiarity with Agile development environments and tools like JIRA.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack application development.
