As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end software solutions that drive core business operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performance applications. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability and evolution of our technical ecosystem, directly influencing the user experience and the operational efficiency of our client-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build robust, scalable web applications by integrating front-end interfaces with secure back-end services to ensure seamless user experiences.

- Optimize application performance and database queries to maintain high availability and responsiveness for large-scale enterprise systems.

- Lead code reviews and implement best practices in software development to maintain high standards of code quality and system maintainability.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to iterate on features, ensuring that technical delivery aligns with business objectives and user needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring the reliability of critical business workflows.

- Mentor junior engineers by providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack development, with deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue, paired with server-side technologies like Node.js, Java, or Python.

- Proven ability to design and manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient retrieval in high-traffic environments.

- Strong understanding of cloud-native development principles, including experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- A collaborative mindset, capable of working in an agile, hybrid environment while maintaining high levels of individual productivity and accountability.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 4 to 15 years of professional experience in software engineering.

- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and work effectively within a distributed team structure based in Hyderabad.
