Position : Java Full Stack Developer (React as UI)

Experience : 8+ Years

Location : Pune

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices, and ReactJS.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, capable of designing and developing scalable enterprise-grade applications within the Banking domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Develop rich and responsive front-end interfaces using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS3.

- Build and consume RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration between UI and backend services.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Implement and maintain reusable UI components using React, Redux Middleware, Redux Axios, Babel 7, and Webpack 4.

- Apply strong understanding of OOPS principles in both frontend and backend development.

- Participate in code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across all layers of the application stack.

Must-Have Skills :

- Java 11+, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices.

- ReactJS, Redux, Redux Middleware, Redux Axios, JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery.

- Experience with Babel 7 and Webpack 4.

- Strong object-oriented design and programming concepts.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to PostgreSQL or Oracle databases.

- Experience working with Azure Cloud Services.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes environments.
