Job Description : Full Stack Developer

Role Summary :

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise-grade applications using Java, Angular, and PostgreSQL/MongoDB. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Generative AI, Generative User Interfaces (GenUI), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-based applications, with the ability to build intelligent, AI-driven digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.

- Build responsive and interactive front-end applications using Angular.

- Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Develop AI-powered solutions leveraging LLMs and Generative AI technologies.

- Build and enhance Generative User Interfaces (GenUI) for AI-assisted user experiences.

- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based solutions and AI-powered search capabilities.

- Work on RWA (Reasoning, Workflow & Agentic AI)-based applications for intelligent automation and business process optimization.

- Collaborate with product, UX, and business teams to deliver innovative AI-enabled applications.

- Ensure application security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA.

- Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and Agile methodologies.

- Familiarity with Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

AI & GenAI Skills (Preferred) :

- Experience in Generative AI and LLM-based application development.

- Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI platforms.

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, LangSmith, and AI Agent frameworks.

- Knowledge of RAG architectures, Vector Databases, and AI Search solutions.

- Experience in building Generative User Interfaces (GenUI) and conversational AI applications.

- Understanding of RWA (Reasoning, Workflow & Agentic AI) concepts and implementation.

- Familiarity with AI observability, prompt engineering, and model evaluation frameworks.

Qualifications :

- B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Domain : Banking/Financial Services experience will be an added advantage.
