Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Java Architect and Full Stack Developer to join our high-impact engineering team in Pune or Hyderabad. In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone for our enterprise-grade applications, bridging the gap between complex backend architecture and intuitive frontend experiences.

We will collaborate closely with product managers, cross-functional engineering squads, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions. By driving architectural decisions and mentoring junior developers, you will directly influence the reliability and innovation of our digital products, ensuring they deliver seamless value to our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust, scalable microservices architectures using Java and modern frontend frameworks to ensure high availability and performance for end-users.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptualizing system design to deploying production-ready code that meets rigorous security and quality standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical bottlenecks and implement optimized solutions that improve system throughput and user experience.

- Mentor engineering talent by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in clean coding, design patterns, and test-driven development to elevate team output.

- Partner with stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives, ensuring that architectural choices support long-term growth and scalability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrate deep expertise in Java/J2EE ecosystems, including Spring Boot and Hibernate, alongside proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Exhibit a strong command of cloud-native architecture, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles.

- Possess exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and foster a collaborative environment across distributed teams.

- Maintain a proven track record of solving complex distributed systems problems, demonstrating the ability to adapt to hybrid work environments in Pune or Hyderabad.

- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 6 - 15 years of hands-on experience in building enterprise-level applications.
