Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our growing technology team based in Gujarat. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that serve as the backbone of our digital infrastructure.

You will work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, partnering closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. By bridging the gap between server-side logic and client-side presentation, you will directly influence the end-user experience, ensuring our platforms remain robust, intuitive, and capable of handling high-traffic demands as we scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build end-to-end features using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and security for our enterprise-grade applications.

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using AngularJS and React.js to provide a seamless experience for our global customer base.

- Optimize database queries and backend services to improve system latency and overall application performance for our internal stakeholders.

- Collaborate with the QA and DevOps teams to implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the rapid and reliable delivery of new software releases.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting code reviews and sharing technical best practices to elevate the overall engineering standards within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex backend systems using Java and the Spring Boot framework, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.

- Proven ability to craft dynamic, component-based frontends using AngularJS and React.js, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate technical constraints and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- A minimum of 4 - 6 years of professional experience in full-stack development, preferably within a fast-paced product-based environment.

- Exceptional collaborative skills, with a track record of thriving in hybrid work environments and contributing effectively to agile team rituals.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
