Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of high-traffic web applications, bridging the gap between sophisticated backend logic and intuitive user interfaces. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability for enterprise-grade applications.

- Develop responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks to enhance user engagement and platform accessibility.

- Design and optimize complex database schemas and queries to improve data retrieval speeds and system performance.

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to iterate on features, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with business goals.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement automated testing protocols to maintain high software quality standards and minimize production defects.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks across the full stack to ensure seamless system integration and uptime.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Java 8+ and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Hibernate, for building robust microservices.

- Advanced capability in front-end development using React.js or Angular, with a strong grasp of state management and component-based architecture.

- Proven experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between disparate system components.

- Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including performance tuning and complex query optimization.

- Ability to thrive in a remote-first environment, maintaining high levels of self-discipline, clear documentation, and proactive communication with distributed teams.

- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on solving complex algorithmic problems and optimizing application performance for large-scale user bases.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
