Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Java Full Stack Developer to join our high-performance engineering team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications that drive our core business operations.

You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend architects to translate complex business requirements into seamless digital experiences. By leveraging your expertise in modern web frameworks and microservices, you will directly influence the performance, reliability, and scalability of platforms used by our global client base, ensuring our technology stack remains at the cutting edge of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build robust, high-traffic microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure seamless data processing and system integration for our enterprise clients.

- Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React.js and AngularJS to enhance customer engagement and improve overall platform usability.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in the codebase and implementing efficient, scalable solutions that support business growth.

- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to streamline the CI/CD pipeline, utilizing Git for version control to ensure high-quality, error-free code deployments.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in software craftsmanship to elevate the technical standards of the entire team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, distributed systems using Java and Spring Boot, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture and API design.

- Proven ability to develop dynamic front-end applications using React.js and AngularJS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and high performance.

- Proficient in managing codebases and collaborating within a team environment using Git, with a strong grasp of branching strategies and merge workflows.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment.

- Highly adaptable to a hybrid work model in Chennai, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments that prioritize iterative development and continuous improvement.
