Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Java Full Stack Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Chennai. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end design and development of scalable enterprise applications, bridging the gap between complex backend microservices and intuitive, high-performance frontend interfaces. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. By driving architectural excellence and maintaining high code quality, you will directly influence the digital experience of our global customer base and ensure our platforms remain resilient, secure, and highly available in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and seamless integration for our core business platforms.

- Develop responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and AngularJS to provide a frictionless experience for our end users.

- Design and optimize complex SQL queries and database schemas to ensure efficient data retrieval and system performance.

- Manage the full software development lifecycle by implementing CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles and improve overall release reliability.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot production issues and implement performance enhancements that directly improve system throughput and user satisfaction.

- Mentor junior developers by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in clean coding and architectural design.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, with a deep understanding of RESTful Webservices and Microservices Architecture.

- Proven ability to develop modern frontend applications using React.js and AngularJS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance.

- Hands-on experience with cloud-native development on AWS, including deployment, monitoring, and infrastructure management.

- Strong proficiency in version control systems like Git and a solid grasp of CI/CD methodologies to streamline development workflows.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
