Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with 4-8 years of software engineering experience to design, develop, and deliver secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, REST APIs, and React.js, with hands-on experience in building modern, cloud-native applications and working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications and microservices using Spring Boot.

- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and event-driven applications using Kafka and messaging technologies.

- Develop secure, resilient, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java/J2EE design patterns and cloud-native practices.

- Work across backend and frontend layers to deliver robust end-to-end solutions.

- Develop and integrate responsive UI components using React.js.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products within timelines.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Follow 12-factor application principles, cloud-native patterns, and modern software engineering best practices.

- Contribute to CI/CD automation and collaborate with DevOps teams for reliable application deployments.

Must-Have Technical Skills :

Java & Backend :

- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot.

- Strong experience in Spring Framework and Spring Security.

- Hands-on experience building and developing Microservices.

- Strong experience with REST APIs.

- Hands-on experience with Kafka, Pub/Sub, and streaming applications.

- Strong understanding of event-driven architecture.

Frontend :

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with React.js.

- Good understanding of UI development and integration with backend services.

- Ability to work across backend and frontend layers to deliver full-stack solutions.

Architecture & Cloud :

- Strong understanding of designing secure, scalable, resilient, and performant applications.

- Good knowledge of Java/J2EE design patterns.

- Understanding of 12-factor application principles and cloud-native patterns.

- Good understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.

DevOps :

- Good understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices.

- Exposure to modern application deployment and development practices.

Experience & Qualifications :

- 4-8 years of relevant software engineering experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Spring Boot experience is mandatory.

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on React.js experience is mandatory.

- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced product development environment.
