Role Overview:

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of high-traffic web and mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, including UI/UX designers and backend architects, to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, high-performance features. Your work will directly influence the scalability of our platforms and the overall experience of our end users, ensuring that our systems remain resilient and responsive as we continue to scale our operations in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement scalable server-side logic using Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for enterprise-grade applications.

- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and AngularJS to provide a seamless experience across various web browsers.

- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native to ensure feature parity and consistent performance on mobile devices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical specifications and translate them into functional, production-ready code.

- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient database queries and caching strategies.

- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high standards of code quality and system security across the development lifecycle.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in building robust backend services using Java and the Spring Boot framework.

- Proven ability to develop modern, component-based frontends using React.js/React Native, with a strong focus on state management and performance.

- Hands-on experience in mobile development using React Native, with a clear understanding of native bridge integration and mobile-specific design patterns.

- Strong proficiency in managing relational databases and integrating RESTful APIs to ensure smooth data flow between frontend and backend systems.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating self-motivation and a proactive approach to solving technical challenges.

- A solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, typically acquired through a degree in Engineering or a related technical field, combined with 3 to 6 years of professional software development experience.
