Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications that serve as the backbone of our digital ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UI/UX designers, and fellow engineers, to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical solutions. By leveraging modern architectural patterns, you will directly influence the reliability and scalability of our platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our end-users and driving significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust server-side logic using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability and performance for our enterprise applications.

- Build intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using AngularJS to enhance user engagement and streamline complex workflows.

- Design and maintain microservices-based architectures that allow for modular development and rapid deployment cycles across our product suite.

- Optimize data persistence layers using Hibernate to ensure efficient database interactions and improved application response times.

- Deploy and manage cloud-native applications on AWS, ensuring that our infrastructure remains secure, scalable, and cost-effective.

- Participate in code reviews and technical brainstorming sessions to maintain high engineering standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack development with a strong command of Java, Spring Boot, and AngularJS to build end-to-end web solutions.

- Proven ability to design and manage microservices architectures, ensuring system decoupling and independent scalability.

- Hands-on experience with Hibernate for ORM and AWS for cloud infrastructure management, enabling the delivery of high-performance, cloud-ready applications.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment.

- A proactive mindset with the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and solve complex technical challenges independently.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 4 to 7 years of professional experience in software development.
