Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer with 8-12 years of experience, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end software solutions. This role involves working closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. You will contribute significantly to the entire software development lifecycle, from conceptualization and architecture to deployment and maintenance, directly impacting the delivery of critical features and enhancing user experience for our clients' platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop highly scalable and resilient microservices using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability for enterprise-grade applications.

- Implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern Javascript frameworks, collaborating with design teams to deliver exceptional front-end experiences.

- Define and develop RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end services and adherence to best practices for data exchange.

- Drive the adoption of containerization technologies like Docker for application deployment, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring consistent environments across development and production.

- Leverage AWS cloud services for deploying, managing, and scaling applications, including setting up CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and engineering best practices within the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, ensuring high availability and reliability of production systems for our clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, evaluate solutions, and contribute to strategic technical decisions that align with business objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development with 8-12 years of experience, including extensive work with Spring Boot for building enterprise applications.

- Proven ability to design and implement Microservices Architecture, understanding principles of domain-driven design, inter-service communication, and resilience patterns.

- Strong proficiency in Javascript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js), capable of building complex and interactive user interfaces.

- Extensive experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs, with a deep understanding of HTTP protocols, data formats (JSON/XML), and security best practices.

- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and orchestration, including writing Dockerfiles and managing containerized applications.

- Practical experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS) for deploying and managing scalable applications.

- Solid understanding and experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly using Jenkins for automated builds, tests, and deployments.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective, scalable solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution.
