Role Overview :

As a Java Full Stack Developer with 6- 8 years of experience, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance web applications that drive our clients' success. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.

Your contributions will directly enhance user experience, optimize system performance, and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable platforms that meet evolving market demands across our diverse client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement full-stack solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Or AngularJS to deliver high-quality, scalable applications for diverse client needs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

- Develop and maintain robust APIs and microservices, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange across systems.

- Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud platforms, leveraging services for scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices for software development and architectural patterns.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain application stability and user satisfaction.

- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and application architecture to enhance overall system efficiency and maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Java development, including Spring Boot and microservices architecture, with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-grade applications.

- Proficiency in front-end development using React.js and AngularJS, capable of building intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

- Extensive experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure, encompassing deployment, management, and optimization of cloud-native applications.

- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and API design principles (RESTful).

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
