Job Description :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and proxy/reverse proxy server development. The role involves contributing to Fortras CASB and SSE Inline data protection platform, building high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and enhance proxy-based data protection features for SaaS and IaaS environments.

- Analyze traffic patterns of native/browser-based SaaS apps.

- Implement access control features with strong performance and security focus.

- Collaborate with product and support teams to deliver robust features and resolve issues.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to overall product architecture.

Mandatory Skills :

- Core Java (NIO, Concurrency), Spring Boot

- Microservices architecture

- Netty or similar async frameworks

- Web protocols (HTTP, WebSockets, REST APIs)

- Network protocols (TCP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, IPSec VPN, RDP)

- Proxy/Reverse Proxy development

- PKI, TLS, Certificates, Web Security concepts

- Performance tuning and low-latency system design

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Docker, AWS/GCP, Bitbucket, Jenkins

- Full stack exposure (JavaScript, SQL/NoSQL)

- Experience reading RFCs, implementing network protocols
