- Java Development : Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Technical Expertise : Proficiency in Java programming, Java EE technologies, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and relevant frameworks/tools.

- Code Quality : Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards.

- Problem-Solving : Analyze technical issues; implement effective solutions for software quality and performance.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, collaborate, and deliver projects on time.

Desired Skills :

- 4+ years in Java development, Java EE, Spring Framework.

- Proficiency in Java programming, object-oriented design, and design patterns.

- Experience with web app development, ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA), SDLC, agile methodologies, Git, Kafka (mandatory)
