Description :

- We are seeking experienced Java Developers with 46 years of expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. The ideal candidate will have exposure to the Banking and Finance industry and will be part of our offshore development team in India. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications that support mission-critical financial services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security in line with banking and financial industry standards.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to maintain code quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.

- Work closely with onshore teams to support project delivery and client requirements.

- Contribute to continuous improvement by researching and implementing best practices in software development.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and RESTful API development.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.

- Experience with banking and financial applications or exposure to financial domain workflows.

- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
