Role Overview :

As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing back-end systems while also maintaining and enhancing the front-end of projects. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, client-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, optimize, and maintain Java-based applications and front-end React modules.

- Design and implement REST APIs and Microservices.

- Work on Kubernetes environments, containerization, and deployment strategies.

- Ensure application performance, scalability, and monitoring.

- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.

Job Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of Core & Advanced Java, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security.

- Expertise in Microservices, REST API development, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka.

- Proficiency with React JS (mandatory).

- Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins or similar).

- Solid understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, JSON, Java 17, JUnit.

- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).

- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of Application performance & monitoring tools (mandatory).

Preferred Background :

- Bachelors/ Masters degree in Computer Science/ IT.

- Project management experience with Jira, Azure, Notion, Agile.

- Strong knowledge of socket & thread-based programming.

- Experience in leading or managing IT teams.
