Job Description

Job Title : Senior Java Backend Developer

AWS experience of minimum 5years required

Location : Bangalore

Face to face on 2nd Aug (Saturday)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Build and maintain microservices-based architecture for modern enterprise systems.

- Integrate backend systems with various AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, SNS/SQS, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.

- Work with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB) to manage large-scale data.

- Ensure system reliability and scalability through thoughtful architecture and design.

- Apply best practices in design patterns, clean code, testing, and DevOps.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues as needed.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Strong proficiency in Java (11 or higher) and Spring Boot framework.

- Experience with Microservices architecture and API development (REST/GraphQL).

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.).

- Proficient in NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).

- Deep understanding of Distributed Systems concepts (scalability, consistency, partitioning).

- Solid grasp of Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and software architecture.

- Familiar with CI/CD tools and cloud-native DevOps practices.

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.

- Familiarity with Domain Driven Design (DDD), Event Sourcing, or CQRS.

- Knowledge of security best practices in microservices architecture.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
