Java Developer - Spring Boot

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend infrastructure and services.

- Build and manage server-side logic using Java and Spring Boot.

- Collaborate closely with frontend and design teams to integrate user-facing elements with backend logic.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Implement and maintain microservices-based architecture.

- Ensure code quality through TDD (Test Driven Development) and best coding practices.

- Participate in system design discussions and architectural decisions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve backend issues efficiently.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Java & Spring Boot

- Experience in System Design and Microservices Architecture

- Strong understanding of Relational Databases

- Experience with TDD and clean code practices

Good to Have :

- Familiarity with frontend technologies and tools

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes

- Startup or fast-paced product development experience

Experience & Knowledge :

- Minimum 4+ years of backend development experience, preferably in a startup environment

- Strong understanding of scalable backend systems and APIs
