Why This Role Exists :

Were expanding our engineering team to power real-time AI analytics and AI-driven code reviews. You will help build core microservices that enable engineering leaders worldwide to make faster, smarter, more confident decisions.

What Youll Do :

- Build and maintain microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Postgres, ensuring high reliability, scalability, and performance.

- Work closely with senior engineers to learn best practices, get quick feedback, and grow rapidly.

- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps to ship features from idea ? implementation ? production in days, not months.

- Write clean, well-tested code (JUnit, CI/CD pipelines) and own it all the way to production.

- Continuously learnexplore new frameworks, tools, and cloud-native approaches to make development faster and smarter.

- Take ownership : deliver on time, test thoroughly, and ask for help when needed after giving your best effort.

What Were Looking For :

- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience building REST APIs with Java and Spring Boot

- Strong SQL skills (Postgres preferred)

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS is a plus)

- Comfort writing test cases with JUnit to achieve high coverage.

- Bonus : exposure to data engineering or analytics tech stacks.

- A proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a fast-learning mindset.
