We are hiring talented and passionate Java Developers to join a fast-paced, product-based tech company in Gurugram. If you're experienced in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, and have solid skills in System Design and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.

- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

- Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and contribute to improving code quality.

- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot

- Strong understanding of System Design principles

- Proficient in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

- Experience working in product-based companies only

- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and database management

- Good problem-solving and debugging skills

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes

- Familiarity with performance tuning and monitoring tools
