Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong Java Swing (UI) expertise to join our team.

The role is critical in driving development, innovation, and problem-solving across our projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java, RMI, and Swing (UI).

- Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and resolution of issues.

- Write and optimize Oracle SQL queries including DML operations and Joins.

- Work in Agile methodology to deliver high-quality features on time.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project success.

- Identify bottlenecks in application or infrastructure and suggest improvements.

- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

- Perform impact assessments for proposed changes.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming skills in Core Java and RMI.

- Proven UI development experience with Java Swing.

- Proficient in Oracle Database (DML, Joins, query optimization).

- Experience with IDEs like Eclipse, STS, IntelliJ, and SQL tools like SQL Developer, TOAD.

- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix Shell Scripting.

- Strong debugging and analytical skills.

- Understanding of end-to-end project flow.
