About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Java Developer with strong Java development skills and Japanese language proficiency.

This role involves close collaboration with Japanese clients, participation in technical discussions, and end-to-end application development and support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, and REST APIs.

- Communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking clients and internal teams.

- Translate functional and technical requirements between Japanese and English.

- Support development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in India and Japan.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring, REST APIs, and SQL.

- JLPT N1/N2/N3 certification (mandatory).

- Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese (basic to intermediate level).

- Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
