Java Backend Lead - J2EE/Spring

Qualifications for Leads:

- 10 to 14 years of experience in Java development.

- Proficiency in Java and J2EE.

- Working experience with Design patterns, Spring, and Hibernate.

- Knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL is a plus.

- Experience collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring, and Hibernate.

- Solid knowledge of design skills.

- Proficiency in refactoring, best coding practices, and code optimization.

- Good Oracle or SQL skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a capacity to quickly assimilate large amounts of information.

- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Strong desire to take ownership and lead end-to-end project execution.

- Proven leadership experience in guiding and mentoring development teams.

- Strong experience in Microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in OpenShift, Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, Java J2EE, Tomcat, and Artifactory.

- Experience in Kubernetes and AWS.

- Ability to lead and oversee project execution from inception to completion.

- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with remote teams.

- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
