Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems using Java and related technologies.

- Lead architectural discussions, propose solutions, and make strategic technical decisions.

- Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and QA teams to deliver robust software solutions.

- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering best practices in code quality and software development.

- Optimize and troubleshoot existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Implement secure, well-tested, and documented APIs and backend services.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and incorporate them into project planning.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Java backend development.

- Strong experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).

- Proficiency in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and service-oriented design.

- Deep understanding of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).

- Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ with cloud exp.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with prior experience mentoring teams.
