- Architect, develop, and maintain complex backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

- Design scalable, high-performance, and secure backend services following best engineering practices.

- Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and guide junior team members.

- Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles for building robust and modular architectures.

- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Utilize AWS cloud services for deployment, scaling, and performance optimization.

- Ensure seamless integration between microservices and external systems.

- Contribute to architecture decisions, system improvements, and technical roadmap.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root-cause analysis.

- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Required Skills (Mandatory) :

- 7 - 10 years of hands-on development experience in Java.

- Strong expertise with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security).

- Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Solid knowledge of AWS cloud services and cloud-native development.

- Experience with RESTful APIs, performance tuning, and scalable backend design.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and debugging skills.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge and application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts.

- Understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.

- Experience in CI/CD environments and tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions.

- Exposure to event-driven architecture, Kafka, or messaging systems.

- Prior experience mentoring team members or leading small teams
