- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Optimize and refactor code for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory requirements.

- Work on integrating APIs and third-party services used in Banking, Finance, and Insurance systems.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.

- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development cycles.

- Contribute to the adoption of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies within BFSI systems.

Required Technical Skills :

- Core Java expertise with strong OOP concepts.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration patterns.

- Familiarity with BFSI domain workflows such as payments, risk management, or lending platforms.

- Understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS) in BFSI environments is a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
