About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in backend development.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java applications.

2. Work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

3. Write clean, testable, and scalable code following best practices.

4. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

5. Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services as needed.

6. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.

Requirements :

1. Minimum 4 years of backend development experience with Node.js.

2. Strong knowledge of Java - DSA, System Design, REST APIs, and Microservices.

3. Hands-on experience with databases & frameworks (Spring boot, Kafka or MySQL).

4. Experience working in product-based companies (preferred).

5. Good understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.

6. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

7. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
