Job Description - Director - Products

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Director - Products to lead product strategy, roadmap, execution, and lifecycle management for one or more of Ivy Mobility's strategic product portfolios. The role will work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, and key customers to translate market and customer needs into scalable, differentiated SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute product strategy aligned with Ivy Mobility's business objectives.

- Own and manage the product roadmap from concept to delivery.

- Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery through development, launch, and retirement.

- Engage with strategic customers to translate feedback into scalable product capabilities.

- Drive the evolution of products as scalable, configurable, secure, and reliable SaaS solutions.

- Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML, GenAI, and predictive analytics into products.

- Lead and mentor Product Managers and establish product management processes.

- Partner with Sales and Marketing on product positioning and go-to-market strategy.

- Collaborate with Engineering leadership to align product and technology roadmaps.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

- 12 - 18 years of overall experience in Product Management / Product Development.

- At least 5+ years in senior product leadership roles.

- Strong experience in B2B / Enterprise SaaS products.

- Proven experience owning product strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle.

- Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers and product teams.

- Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial mindset.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
