Role : IT Support Engineer / Systems Administrator.

Experience : 3 to 4 years.

Qualification : Bachelors degree in computer science or related field.

Location : Pune.

Work Mode : 5 days WFO.

Technical Know-How : Endpoint support, O365 basics, Antivirus tools, Patch updates, Operating Systems, Basic DLP/Encryption understanding.

Job Summary :


We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused IT professional to provide Level 1 and 2 support across the organization, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune device management, and core network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-user support, cloud identity management, endpoint configuration, and networking.

Key Responsibilities :

- First point of contact for IT support (JIRA, phone, email).

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and networks.

- Manage onboarding/offboarding IT setup, user briefings, and asset handling.

- Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive) and Azure AD (SSO, MFA).

- Endpoint management via Intune (device compliance, app deployment).

- Support Office 365, VPN, AD, antivirus, firewalls, and security tools.

- Maintain inventory, documentation, and ensure IT policy compliance.

- Coordinate with vendors for escalations (Lenovo, ISPs, etc.)

- Basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers).

Requirements :

- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, AD, Azure AD, Office 365, and Intune.

- Familiarity with networking (IP, DNS, DHCP), VPN tools, and ticketing systems.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to support offshore teams and work on-call when needed.
