About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Risk & Compliance Consultant with deep expertise in the 1B (First Line of Business) Risk & Compliance Framework to lead a short-term strategic consulting engagement. The consultant will assess the existing organizational structure across Asia, benchmark it against industry standards, and design a future-state operating model with a clear governance framework and implementation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assess the current (As-Is) Risk & Compliance organizational structure across Asia.

- Evaluate existing operating models, governance practices, and organizational effectiveness.

- Benchmark the current framework against industry best practices and leading organizations.

- Design a future-state (To-Be) operating model aligned with business objectives.

- Define team structure, reporting hierarchy, roles, and responsibilities.

- Recommend governance mechanisms, decision-making frameworks, and operating principles.

- Develop a phased implementation roadmap with key milestones and success metrics.

- Identify organizational gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

- Engage with senior business leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and validate recommendations.

- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and implementation strategy.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 15 to 20 years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, or Organizational Consulting.

- Proven expertise in 1B (First Line of Business) Risk & Compliance Framework.

- Strong experience in designing Target Operating Models (TOM) and organizational transformation initiatives.

- Experience in organizational design, governance frameworks, and operating model development.

- Knowledge of enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and control frameworks.

- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

- Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience working with multinational organizations, preferably across the Asia region.
