Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-caliber IT Product Manager to join our dynamic team across Dubai, Singapore, or Malaysia. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between complex technical infrastructure and user-centric product delivery, orchestrating the end-to-end lifecycle of our digital solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering squads, business stakeholders, and global clients to translate high-level business goals into actionable technical roadmaps. By driving product strategy and overseeing the seamless integration of scalable systems, you will directly influence our market competitiveness and ensure that our digital offerings deliver measurable value to our end users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns technical capabilities with long-term business objectives to ensure sustainable growth.

- Lead the full SDLC by facilitating Agile and Scrum ceremonies, ensuring that development teams remain focused on delivering high-impact features within defined timelines.

- Manage complex API integration projects by collaborating with technical architects to ensure seamless connectivity and data flow across our ecosystem.

- Optimize delivery workflows by implementing Kanban methodologies to improve team throughput and reduce bottlenecks in the development pipeline.

- Oversee the deployment of cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure, ensuring that infrastructure scalability supports our product roadmap and performance requirements.

- Champion CI/CD best practices to accelerate release cycles and improve the reliability of software deployments for our global customer base.

- Analyze product performance data using SQL to derive actionable insights that inform future iterations and strategic pivots.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Product Management with 4 to 9 years of experience in managing complex IT products within fast-paced, global environments.

- Proven ability to translate technical requirements into clear product specifications, ensuring that engineering teams and business stakeholders remain perfectly aligned.

- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure) and database querying (SQL), allowing for data-driven decision-making and technical oversight.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex IT strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making.

- Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles, including CI/CD pipelines and API-first design principles, to foster a culture of technical excellence.

- High degree of adaptability to thrive in a hybrid or on-site work environment across diverse international markets like Dubai, Singapore, or Malaysia.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, complemented by a track record of delivering scalable digital products.
