Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on IT Manager - Technology Operations & Integration to oversee Numera's IT operations and support the technology integration of newly acquired businesses. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, project management, and technology integration to ensure a secure, reliable, and scalable technology environment.

Required Skills & Competencies :
- 8 - 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, systems administration, or technology transformation.
- Strong experience managing IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and end-user technology.
- Experience with technology integration, migrations, acquisitions, or post-merger integration is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, cloud & SaaS platforms, IAM, endpoint management, cybersecurity, networking, and data migration.
- Proven ability to independently manage technology projects from planning through execution.
- Strong vendor, stakeholder, project management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with U.S.-based and distributed teams.
- Experience in a high-growth or acquisitive organization and knowledge of accounting/tax applications is a plus.
- Flexibility to work with the US team in US working hours
