Role Overview

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of IT operations across retail stores and corporate office functions. The role involves maintaining and enhancing software and hardware systems, ensuring data security, implementing IT policies and best practices, and supporting business-critical technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure retail systems are functioning effectively, capturing accurate information, and maintaining data integrity for reporting and analytics.

- Configure new SaaS platforms and provide knowledge transfer and training to relevant users.

- Conduct regular checks on network performance and data security.

- Develop and implement internal IT processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Manage and maintain the backend of Shopify-based eCommerce platforms.

- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure initiatives and operational activities.

- Oversee hardware and software management across the organization.

- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.

- Ensure security of data, network access, access control levels, and backup systems.

- Conduct system audits and evaluate system effectiveness and outcomes.

- Safeguard technology assets, information security frameworks, and control structures.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills

- 7-12 years of relevant IT experience.

- Knowledge of any of the following platforms is mandatory: Olavi, Gofrugal, ODDO, ETP, or POS systems.

- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.

- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network installation, and administration.

- Experience managing IT operations in a multi-location environment is preferred.

- Expertise in Microsoft O365, Tally, SQL Queries, POS integrations, Shopify, and database management.

Reporting : Reports to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
