About the Role :

We are seeking an accomplished Head of Technology Delivery & Product Engineering to lead enterprise technology initiatives, product engineering programs, business automation solutions, and large-scale delivery portfolios.

The role requires a strategic technology leader with strong experience in Product Development, Enterprise Applications, Business Workflows, Digital Transformation, SaaS Platforms, Program Delivery, and Global Stakeholder Management.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of leading large engineering teams, managing enterprise products, driving automation initiatives, and delivering complex multi-domain technology programs globally.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology & Product Leadership :

- Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with organizational growth strategy.

- Lead development and delivery of enterprise products, SaaS platforms, workflow systems, and digital solutions.

- Drive business automation initiatives leveraging emerging technologies, AI/ML, analytics, and process optimization.

- Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation through deployment and support.

Program & Delivery Management :

- Manage large-scale programs, portfolios, and technology engagements across global clients.

- Ensure successful delivery covering scope, budget, timeline, risk, quality, and customer satisfaction.

- Govern Agile and SDLC execution models across cross-functional delivery teams.

- Handle escalations, program reviews, release planning, and delivery governance.

Enterprise Solutions & Digital Transformation :

- Lead implementation of :
