Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Head of IT, Cybersecurity & Digital India GCC to establish, lead, and scale the technology, cybersecurity, and digital transformation landscape for a new India GCC supporting EPC, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Industrial business operations.
The role will have a combined CIO, CISO, and CDO mandate, covering IT infrastructure, cloud, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, IAM, data, AI, ITSM, and digital transformation.
The successful candidate will lead the greenfield GCC technology setup and long-term technology roadmap, build a scalable and secure IT operating model, manage technology partners and budgets, and ensure alignment with Group IT standards, business objectives, and India/KSA regulatory requirements.
The role will also drive enterprise transformation through Oracle Fusion/ERP, cloud, data, AI, automation, and modern cybersecurity technologies, while supporting the GCC's growth from approximately 100 to 700+ employees.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA/M. Tech) preferred.
- 18+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in senior technology leadership roles.
- Proven experience establishing and scaling IT infrastructure and shared service/GCC operations from the ground up.
- Strong expertise in enterprise IT architecture, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and enterprise networking.
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity governance, SIEM, EDR, IAM/PAM, DLP, ISO 27001, DPDP Act, NCA/ECC, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience implementing and managing enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, HRMS, and ITSM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of data platforms, analytics, governance, Power BI, AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing large-scale IT programs, vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and technology roadmaps.
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, or cloud architecture certifications are highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, communication, and people development skills with the ability to lead cross-functional global teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the IT, cybersecurity, and digital strategy for the India GCC aligned with global technology objectives.
- Establish and manage the complete IT infrastructure, cloud environment, enterprise applications, collaboration platforms, and service management processes.
- Lead cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, incident response, identity & access management, vulnerability management, and security awareness initiatives.
- Build and oversee scalable IT operations, helpdesk services, infrastructure support, asset management, and vendor management functions.
- Drive enterprise application implementation, integration, and optimization, including ERP, HRMS, ITSM, and business-critical platforms.
- Develop and execute the organization's digital transformation roadmap by leveraging cloud technologies, AI, automation, analytics, and modern workplace solutions.
- Establish enterprise data governance, cloud data platforms, business intelligence capabilities, and executive reporting solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, security standards, and organizational governance policies.
- Manage technology budgets, procurement, contracts, SLAs, and strategic partnerships while optimizing operational efficiency and costs.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, and customer-focused IT service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, Group CIO, CISO, CDO, business stakeholders, and global technology teams to deliver scalable and secure technology solutions that support business growth.
