Description :

We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong business mindset and a working understanding of technology.

This role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams to build scalable, user-centric products.

The ideal candidate can translate business needs into technical requirements and drive product execution efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives

- Gather and analyze customer requirements, market trends, and competitive insights

- Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies

- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration

- Collaborate with design teams to enhance user experience and usability

- Monitor product performance and optimize features based on data insights

- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams

Technical Skills (Moderate / Working Knowledge) :

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Basic knowledge of APIs and system integrations

- Familiarity with SQL for basic data analysis

- Exposure to product and project management tools like Jira, Confluence

- Understanding of web/mobile technologies (basic HTML, CSS, app workflows)

- Awareness of data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc
