Iris Software - Senior/Lead Engineer - Full Stack Development

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C# and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core

- Build modern frontend applications using Angular and React Native

- Develop API-driven and service-oriented architectures

- Work on distributed systems, messaging frameworks, and event-driven architectures

- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, data models, and application performance

- Implement cloud-native solutions, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments

- Integrate ELK Stack for logging, monitoring, and observability

- Work with technologies such as Couchbase and RabbitMQ for scalable backend systems

- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve development velocity and code quality

- Ensure application scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core

- Hands-on experience with React Native and Angular

- Experience with ELK Stack, SQL Server, Couchbase, and RabbitMQ

- Strong understanding of scalable service-oriented and API-driven applications

- Expertise in SQL Server, data modeling, and performance optimization

- Familiarity with cloud-native patterns, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines

- Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience in Logistics, Routing, Transportation, or Supply Chain systems preferred

- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, automated code generation/refactoring tools, and AI-based unit testing tools

- Ability to effectively integrate AI tools into daily development workflows

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

- Product-focused mindset with ownership-driven approach
