Role Overview :

Join iQuantis Technology & AI (TAI) team to create GenAI-powered digital products that revolutionize marketing performance and accelerate our AI-first transformation. As a Staff Software Engineer, youll lead architecture and development of scalable web applications, guide technical direction, and guide engineers while delivering AI-driven product experiences across our platforms.

What Youll Be Doing :

- Architect, design, develop and maintain scalable cloud-based (SaaS) applications.

- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following engineering best practices.

- Integrate Generative AI solutions into products to improve functionality and user engagement.

- Implement systems for large-scale data processing, real-time performance, and high availability.

- Lead engineers through design reviews, code quality, testing, CI/CD, and security best practices.

- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to align technology with business goals.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, scalability, and reliability issues.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement across the product stack.

Your Expertise :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering, or a related field from a Tier 1 institute.

- 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in software development.

- Strong programming skills in backend languages, with at least 2 years of experience in Python.

- 2+ years of experience in database design, SQL development, and query optimization.

- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs or working in microservice-based systems.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities with a focus on writing clean, efficient code.

- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in agile teams.

What Will Help You Stand Out :

- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript); exposure to React.js is a plus.

- Experience in frameworks for building and orchestrating LLM powered application and OpenAI APIs.

- Experience deploying or managing applications on AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and monitoring tools like CloudWatch or DataDog.

- Curiosity to learn new technologies and passion for building scalable, intelligent software.
