About the Role :

We are seeking a Tech Lead with a solid background in building scalable MERN stack applications. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with AI- assisted development tools and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and preferably has experience building low-code/no-code (LC/NC) products. You'll be instrumental in enhancing our engineering efficiency and leading the mindset shift toward modern development approaches.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust applications using the MERN stack.

- Lead the adoption of AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, CursorAI, CodeiumAI, Vercel, etc.) across teams.

- Drive architectural reviews and ensure scalability, security, and performance.

- Implement cloud-native solutions on Azure/AWS platforms.

- Guide and mentor team members; encourage best development practices with AI-first mindset

- Promote a culture of efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of MERN development experience ,preferably from scratch product development experience in fast paced start-up(s).

- Proven ability to architect and scale enterprise-grade applications.

- 1+ year hands-on with AI-assisted dev tools for building MVP and enhancing features for existing products.

- Strong experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud services.

- Effective communication and team leadership skills- should have led a team of developers

- A can-do attitude and passion for driving change.

Good to Have :

- Experience building Low Code/No Code platforms.

- Exposure to AI/ML product development.

- Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and microservices.

- Educational background from premier institutes (IITs, NITs, IIITs, BITS, etc.) is a strong plus.
