Overview

We are building production-grade AI systems in the medical domain, including medical imaging pipelines, multimodal AI systems, RAG-based assistants, and agentic workflows. We are seeking a hands-on AI & Vision Engineer with ~2 years of experience who can independently build, fine-tune, and deploy models end-to-end.

Responsibilities :

- Train and fine-tune deep learning models for classification, detection, and segmentation

- Apply transfer learning using CNNs and Vision Transformers

- Fine-tune models using Hugging Face and PEFT approaches

- Build RAG pipelines with embeddings and vector search

- Implement agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain

- Develop and deploy inference APIs using FastAPI and Docker

- Optimize model performance for GPU-based environments

- Work with medical imaging formats such as DICOM (preferred)

- Write clean, production-quality Python code

- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable AI solutions

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

- ~2 years of experience in machine learning or computer vision

- Strong Python and PyTorch skills

- Solid understanding of CNNs and Transformers

- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers

- Experience deploying at least one ML system end-to-end

- Basic knowledge of RAG systems and vector databases

- Familiarity with Docker and REST API development

- Comfortable working with GPUs
