About the Role :

We are seeking a senior AI engineer based in Chennai who will lead the design, development, and deployment of productiongrade AI and agentic applications. The role combines deep machinelearning expertise with handson experience in building and orchestrating large language model (LLM) agents, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with AI guardrails.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the architecture of AI agent frameworks and multiLLM orchestration pipelines.

- Design, implement, and maintain productionready generative AI models, retrievalaugmented generation (RAG) systems, and statemanagement components.

- Develop and enforce AI guardrails, evaluation metrics, and observability tooling to monitor model performance and safety.

- Lead a crossfunctional team of engineers and data scientists, providing technical mentorship and code reviews.

- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

- Stay current with emerging research in generative AI, agentic systems, and LLM orchestration, and drive adoption of best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong fundamentals in machine learning and generative AI.

- Handson experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.

- Expertise in multiLLM orchestration and Model Context Protocol (MCP).

- Proficiency in RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG), memory management, and state handling for agents.

- Ability to implement AI guardrails, evaluation pipelines, and observability dashboards.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience scaling AI services in a cloud environment.

- Familiarity with containerization, CI/CD, and MLOps tooling.

- Knowledge of prompt engineering and finetuning large language models.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in machine learning, AI research, or AI product development.

- Demonstrated track record of delivering productiongrade AI applications.
