Job Description :

The NOC Engineer is responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting network and infrastructure systems across enterprise environments. This role handles performs diagnostics, executes remediation actions, and coordinates with vendors and internal teams to ensure high availability and reliability of services

1. Network Monitoring & Incident Management (CISCO AND ARUBA) :

- Monitor network devices, systems, and services via NOC tools (e.g., Grafana, SolarWinds, PRTG).

- Resolve complex network and system alerts.

- Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.

- Ensure all incidents are logged, classified, and resolved within SLA timelines.

2. Troubleshooting & Technical Support (CISCO AND ARUBA)

- Troubleshoot issues related to: LAN/WAN , Firewalls & VPN , Routing and switching ,Wireless controllers and access points , VOIP systems and Data center network components

3. Network Administration

- Conduct routine health checks on network infrastructure.

- Review and optimize device performance and network utilization.

- Manage and update network inventory and documentation.

- Assist in deploying new devices (switches, routers, firewalls, APs).

4. Escalation & Collaboration

- Collaborate with L2/L3 engineers for critical or unresolved issues.

- Escalate to vendor TAC (Cisco/Juniper/Fortinet/etc.) when necessary.

- Coordinate with field engineers for onsite troubleshooting.

- Participate in major incident bridges and service-restoration activities.

- To design, implement and support network infrastructure for datacenter and Campus networks.

- Responsible for maintaining network infrastructure and handling technical escalations.

- Handling incident management, communication (written and verbal), and troubleshooting

- Using all monitoring tools to monitor the availability and performance of critical applications, systems, and network
